JUDGE FOR YOURSELF 2018
This campaign was created to generate trial and awareness for Pepsi Zero Sugar and featured Yankee superstar Aaron Judge. “Judge For Yourself” featured a strong call to action and dynamic candid and action photography. We did a complete Yankee train station takeover as well as billboards, a sampling bus, radio spots, a “99 prizes” promotion, plus engaging social content "Coach Judge" that celebrates the slugger, the game and the fans.
JUDGE FOR YOURSELF 2019
The 2018 campaign was such a success seeing a spike of 36% in sales, Pepsi decided to run it again in 2019. We kept the original call to action, but changed the look. A new shoot with Aaron focused on action shots and "on field" emotion. We also used blue and red lighting to bring in some of the brand colors.
GRAND CENTRAL STATION
As part of the year two campaign there was a Grand Central Station takeover where fans could step into a batting cage and have the speed of their swing measured and compared to that of Aaron Judge. Fans would receive a video to share and there was prizes raffled off for those in attendance. (As you can see Aaron didn't have to worry about me taking his job)
JUDGE FOR YOURSELF 2020
Again after a successful 2019 campaign seeing another spike in sales and engagement, the plan was to run it for a 3rd consecutive year. Creative was developed and for secondary pieces we utilized Pepsi's national tagline of "That's what I like". creative was completed and ready to send to the vendor when the pandemic hit.
